Hey world,

I hope things are well. I should be one or two days away from dropping what will probably be my last ink for a while. I'm headed of to California to seek fame and fortune next week. If neither find me, that's okay too. It's a nice place to just chill. Plus, I find that hanging around my brother in law inspires some of the work that I've liked best. FELT NOT SAID was all about hanging around with that dude.

I've spent the better part of a month working on the piece that will be posted next. She doesn't have a name. However, she has been with me through a ton of changes. I'm officially an art school drop out and so this piece has little flavors of that situation in it as well.

No tears have fallen over the separation from art school. Essentially it was late nights doing a lot of the things I normally do. Seemed like the exchange of large stacks of cash to do what I already do was quickly becoming nonsensical. No biggie. I have a degree anyway. This was more about chasing an interest.

Happily my cartoon characters, Monkey & Bear were born during this little episode of my life. People dig 'em, so perhaps soon I will be posting more then soul cleansing inks.
